Just a reminder that Friday night's home football game is a MSHSAA district game. This means that students are not free and no passes can be used. Admission for the game is $6 for ALL spectators ages 6 and above set by MSHSAA. You can also stream the game on MSHSAA TV at a cost of $10.60.

Mrs. Zeikle's science class learning about simple machines by designing and engineering catapults. She utilized inquiry based learning by throwing them a few curve balls with what materials they could use to problem solve and see whose catapults could launch a gummy bear farthest.

Mrs. Chaney's AG class diagraming and then
using play dough to construct models of flowering plants!

Red Ribbon Week: One of my favorite spirit days... teachers dress as students, students as teachers.

Congratulations!!!

Parents and Guardians,
This year we are utilizing some new intervention platforms to best help support student growth. During seminar on Wednesdays, students will be using ALEKS for math growth. During seminar on Thursdays we will focus on growth in ELA by using i-Ready. These platforms create specific instruction unique for each individual student. On Thursdays, students may have short passages to listen to. We will have some headphones at school if they are needed. However, if students would like to bring their own from home, they may. They must be corded/wired headphones (no bluetooth). They will need them every Thursday.
We look forward for this opportunity for growth with our students!
