On February 21st LCC1 Special Olympics athletes will be competing in the 2024 Cupid Classic Unified Basketball Tournament. We want to make this event very memorable for all and have created valentines day boxes for each athlete. If you would like to send them a valentine please fill out the form below or you make your own valentines and drop them off at the middle school. LCC1 student council will be printing and organizing the valentines that are submitted through the form. Please feel free to share this form with staff, students, parents, etc... The form will be turned off at 3:00pm on Friday, February 16th. Thank you for helping us make this tournament one to remember!

On February 14th, our awesome LCC1 Special Olympics champs are gearing up for the 2024 Cupid Classic Unified Basketball Tournament. To sprinkle some extra magic, we've prepared Valentine's Day boxes for each athlete. If you’d like to send some love their way please fill out the form below or get crafty and drop off your handmade valentines at the middle school. The LCC1 student council will work their magic by printing and organizing all the love notes from the form. Feel free to spread the love by sharing this form with everyone you know! Hello! We are so excited to be hosting our 2nd annual three-on-three cupid classic tournament with Special Olympic athletes from our area. This is a beautiful initiative that genuinely showcases the spirit of love and inclusivity. It is fantastic to see our Middle School and High School student councils taking on such events and making them successful.
You can purchase a T-shirt for $20 to show your support for this event. The T-shirts will be a great way to commemorate this event and show your love for the cause. To purchase a T-shirt, please complete the Google form with your size and needed amount. After completing the form, please send your payment to Mrs. Hass or Ms. Barnes via school mail. Bring the payment to the Middle School Office or wait to pay upon pick up. Please make checks out to the LCC1-Student Council.
The funds raised through the sale of the T-shirts will support the event and its participants. We hope you will consider purchasing a T-shirt to support this fantastic initiative. Thank you for being so supportive!

Families in Husker Nation. Due to drifting snow conditions on several of our routes, we will not have in person school today. We will utilize one of our virtual learning (AMI) days. An additional email will come from your student's building with more details.

Parents and Guardians, due to the extreme cold and the impact it is having on our mechanical equipment, we will not have school on Tuesday, January 16th.

Due the possible impact of ice on roads, there will be no school on Friday, January 12, 2024.
