Join the Husker Athletic Booster Club!
The Husker Athletic Booster Club is dedicated to supporting all athletic programs at Lafayette County C-1 Middle School and High School. We raise funds primarily through concession stand sales at sporting events to provide uniforms, equipment, and other essentials that go beyond the school’s athletic budget.
Anyone is welcome to join! Parents of athletes are highly encouraged to participate, have a voice in how funds are spent, and help bridge the gap between the school’s needs and wants in athletics.
Our regular meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 7 PM in the high school cafeteria, running from August to April.
This month, due to Easter, we will meet on April 27. Come learn more about the Athletic Booster Club’s initiatives and operations. Additionally, during this meeting, we will hold officer elections for the 2025-2026 term. Of the four current officers, three are stepping down, and we are looking for members interested in filling these positions. If you’re interested, please contact one of the current officers:
• Jamie Iles – President
• Gina Kouril – Vice-President
• Beth Gash – Treasurer
• Melissa Huseynov – Secretary
We cannot let this organization fade due to lack of participation. Our athletic programs depend on it especially given today’s challenges. Help us support our athletes by joining!
