The Lafayette County Health Department is offering a school based immunization clinic for 7th and 11th grade students on April 10th. This clinic will provide the required vaccines that they will need before they can start the 2024-2025 school year. Forms will be sent home and must be returned no later than March 21, 2024 to your student's homeroom teacher or the school office.
